Having graduated in law from the University of Catania, Antonino went on to the La Sapienza University of Rome, where he continued his specialization in International Commercial Law and was awarded a Master in International Business Law.

Admitted to the Bar Association of Catania in 1996, a year later he founded the boutique law firm under his own name that is now AB LEGAL. With an Italian and international client base, the firm mainly advises on company, commercial and real estate matters.

 

Antonino focuses on:

 

• advising Italian and Russian clients on all aspects of business relationships, in particular on the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of domestic and international commercial contracts such as sale and purchase agreements and distribution, agency and franchise agreements in the agro-food, cosmetics and clothing sectors;
• advising Italian and foreign clients on the purchase and management of commercial, residential and hotel real estate, dealing in particular with the negotiations phase and advising on legal due diligence, drawing up pre-contract documentation (e.g. letters of intent) and finalizing preliminary and final contracts;
• advising on the negotiation and drafting of leases and leasing agreements;
• advising on corporate matters and in particular on the type of company that is most appropriate, company formation, the preparation of company by-laws and shareholders’ agreements and the identification of appropriate governance models;
• representing clients in the Italian courts in commercial and civil disputes.
